Rinsing with mouthwash containing alcohol makes it easier for cancer-causing substances like nicotine to penetrate the lining of the mouth
do you think that there will be a drop in the 1700 uk deaths a year from this cancer since you can no longer smoke in pubs?

there probably will be. A friend of my wife's died of lung cancer a few years ago. She'd never smoked, but she worked for many years in care homes where the residents smoked. Listerine contains thymol, which is an excellent fungicide. It kills mites, so it would kill insects as well. If anyone wants to experiment, it would be better to buy the thymol straight.
