the host of the mystery maths ball is 16 and is either john, jill, joe, janet or james

jill is 3 years younger than john

james is younger than joe

jill is not 15 years old

james is not the youngest

john is the 2nd oldest

joe is 2 years younger than janet.


so who is the host and how did you get there?

i cant get my head round it

I dont think we have all the required info here.

Is it right to assume that they are all different ages ?

Also you need to know the range of ages, the only clue is that Jill is not 15 - which i not much help, so in theory all/any of them could be 16.


The eldest is Janet, followed by John, Joe, James, with Jill being the youngest (and not 15).

Twas something different to do. A change from  level 59 - the Lazer charging with the 10sec bomb.

It kills me off completely everytime even though I've 3 lives, its becomming a bit tiresome - just like 42 was.

How many 'skips' have you used ?

i have used 1, i cant remember what number it is but all 4 things are red and flash green in sequence
doesnt matter what i do i lose life so i have given up on that one:(

The age gaps given indicate that the 5 names cover an age range of 5 years. As Jill is not 15, James cannot be 16 so it isn't him.

But there is no information to fix the sequence of ages, so it could be any of the others.


Is 75 the 1second one?

Mystery Host clues: You know that the host is one of your four best friends, John, Joe, Jill, Janet, or Jim. The host is 16 years old. You are not sure of the ages of all of these friends, but they are all between 14 and 18 years old. Use the chart and the clues to figure out the host of the part.

Once you have the age range, it becomes possible.


For 75, try to get the mouse in the right place before the bomb is lit. There's another timer a few further on that I haven't got past yet.

I managed to get part the lazer by starting to click on the mouth of the black ball as fast as I can as soon as soon as it comes up..it then discharges a lazer to get you through to the next question. the only skip I used so far was with the 'don't touch Pink'...I could never get around it! There is an Impossible quiz 2 to do as well you know....arrrrrgh!

Aha but, James also goes by the name of Jamie as he's a cross dresser, especially at parties. :o

And, although Jill says she's the youngest, have you checked her birth certificate. I have it on good authority that she's had several nip and tucks. Also when she says she's not 15, she means her IQ - as she's a blonde.  :-X
