electricity measuring
« on: January 06, 2009, 15:32:51 »
Has anyone heard of a gadget you can plug into a socket and plug in an appliance which measures how much electricity that appliance uses.  I thought I saw one on the gadget show or something similar.  I have bought a new heater and my electric bill has trebled.  I don't think it is just the weather.

Yes Maplins selling them for about a tenner. You input the price your supplier charges you plug in the appliacne and it will tell you how much it costs to run.

Just rang Maplins.  Yes one at £10 and one at £25.  I hope to go to the store tomorrow and look at them.   Thanks again.
