last night, roast beef, yorkshire, our frozen purplr podded beans, roast spud and carrot/turnip mash  :)

Can't remember but have a huge pan of Pumpkin and Sweet Potato soup on the stove waiting to be put in the freezer!  :-\

 Home made Italian breadcrumb chicken, with  baked courgettes, potatoe chunks, chopped bacon,tomatoes, mushrooms, cooked with chillies, & balsamic vinegar, olive oil, done in the oven.  DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!.

Have just made some cheese scones and pumpkin soup to take to the lottie with us for lunch today. Will probably finish this off for tea too!

ours has got 4 bulbs of garlic and a teaspoon of dried hot wax, just right...mind you, there's enough for 20 portions  ;D

guinea fowl ,,with wild mushroom sauce duchess potatoes and sprouts !!! home made coffee and meringue frozen dessert ...yum

Cider roast lamb, with roast potatoes and parsnips, kale with onions and caramelized beetroot...none from the lotty because we're still newbies but next year it will be :)
oh and apple and berry rumble and brad and butter for dessert...I was entertaining the in laws ;)

We had roast chicken, sausages, roast pots. carrots, peas etc. etc.  Rhubard crumble and cream for afters but too full up.  Rhubard from the allotment, frozen from summer.  Also cooked spagetti bolognese sauce to freeze and cooked a lasagne for tomorrow night.  It was the only warm place in the house in the kitchen.  Then took the Christmas tree down, not sure what date one is meant to do it.  Recycled all the cards, except for two special ones.  Will have a good tidy up tomorrow, when OH has gone back to work and I have a clear run.
