When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

It happens, but is so frustrating, because to find out anything (if at all) costs a premium rate phone call to explain the problem to someone you don't understand and who doesn't understand you, and they won't admit to the problem being theirs, so give you the runaround, implying that it's a problem with your equipment/software, and then suddenly you're back on with no idea of why you were offline in the first place.
