fresh stuffing
« on: December 20, 2008, 17:48:51 »
Today I have made some stuffing for Christmas from white bread crumbs, onions fried in goose fat, fresh sage and roasted chopped chesnuts. Do you think this will keep okay until christmas day in a container in the fridge, or should I freeze it?

If that's all that's in it it shouls be fine in the fridge. If you're mixing it with sausagemeat I would put it in the freezer - or not add the meat until you're ready to cook it.
