Wedding flowers
« on: November 16, 2008, 23:38:26 »
I've got my newly acquired prop on the go today with Alstroemeria for three weeks then out in the cold for two and back in again for three.

Growing it this year as it was our wedding flower (wouldn't have asked if I knew it was so difficult to grow!).

Anyone else growing  their "Wedding Flower" ?

Hi, I am getting married in August and have decided on a rose bouquet so that one is easy for me.

As for the table arrangements what a nightmare! I am not a girly girl and wanted something different, so i have decided to have gold fish in bowls and put in coloured gravel to match my theme. Yes real gold fish.

Good luck with your wedding and all the best for the future.

Hi Skintnbitter,

We got married 31 years ago and I was an August bride too!

What are you going to do with all those goldfish after, or are you hiring them?
