Belly Dance?

I know there are endless recipes for Belly. But I happened upon this one today &, with a piece of Old Spot, bone in, it was just gourmet!
But I would need a few more ounces to feed 4 well. Luckily, there were only the 2 of us!

What's a couple of miles? But we can only seat 14!!
Should have mentioned that this was done in the AGA - with a bit of 'intelligence'!
And forgot the recipe......

But, as you can see, the Old Spot is not your normal Supermarket fattened-up-pig. With care, it is mostly meat.
