Autumn King Carrots
« on: October 02, 2008, 19:37:46 »
Well I have got one of my plots weed free and looking as good as you like and I have taken a chance a month after the deadline for sowing Autumn King Carrots. I have sown them under a cloche so fingers crossed, what do you reckon???.

Cheers

Unless it turns really cold they should make a good start and then grow on for an early crop next year... that's how it happens naturally...

Might be worth covering them with fleece over the winter. I'd be interested to know how you get on.
