What's the difference between seed potatoes and the ones that you can buy to eat?
Just wondering as my tatties always start sprouting before I can eat them all, and it would be nice to be able to use them ....

If you're willing to accept the risk of disease, then although it's not '
good practice
', your own, or s/market pots, do just as well. = Tim
