Well it looks as though the decision is made,failing spanners in works it looks as if we are going back to Canada.

 I think both John and I have wanted to do this for a long time but neither one wanted to broach the sublect with any force bit it is out and it is very mutual.

So things to do and places to go before we start to pack up.

It is a big decision but it has to be done.

 So my friends you are the first to know.

 Ohhh, I feel better having said that.

I shall still have the internet, well after a little while, and think of all the seeds I could send from there to share with you all, do you really think that will stop...not!!

 We will be returning to British Columbia, but we don't think the Vancouver area, we are thinking more of going inland a bit, probably the Okanagan where all the fruit is grown.. and a great long growing season, but I am a  bit of coastal lady so that one is still in the discussion .

 It has to be where I can grow though so not Northern Canada even if the coast is great.

I am leaving work at the end of this  next summer term  for sure anyway, I think the years past retirement have been enough now, so i guess we are aiming for next summer to go, however there is a strong chance that we might go sooner.

Lots to dispose of and decisions to make about what to take.

 When we decided to come here after finally making the decsion I think it was only about three months and we were here, once things started to sell it went very quick. Hello e Bay.

 Does anyone know a  good International shipper, the one that brought us here was a dead loss.

So we start to sort ans save!!

They certainly will, but we won't miss you, because on the forum you won't be going away.  It will be good to have another member "across the pond".

Good luck with the venture - you and John have obviously put a lot of planning into it, and it's not as though you are venturing into the unknown.

Oh Jeannine englands loss is canadas gain, good luck with sorting it all out, in the future would love to hear what different things you can grow there compared to here etc.

I know how hard it is to live in one place..........but your hearts and other friends are in another! And the weather here sure is a challenge!

We shipped our stuff over with my cousin, who does that sorta stuff.....................Pickfords moved us within the UK, and were quite efficient.

Have many friends that have emigrated to Canada, and they all love it.................if we ever get to that neck of the woods, can we visit? (would bring seeds!) ;D ;D

A HUGE decision for you 2, but one that I think, you willl not regret...................bestest wishes to you both, exciting times ahead! ;D
