i did not even realise they were beef toms was pleasantly surprised, going to taste tonight ;D

Very nice.

I have had so many that I have had to skin them and make tomato sauces for the freezer

it was lovely, a fresh sun ripened taste. i will definitely use some for cooking with and will grow more of this variety next year.
