My first ripening chilli, called heatwave. Checked it out as I thought it was going yucky, but it isn't. All the heatwave chillis are twisted and contorted - I like them, they is grrrrroovy!

Tis now fully red, and a couple of the others are turning. They are cute little critters....wonder how hot they are!?!

Looks good EJ, I'm wondering the same thing about my Cayenne's, a couple of which are looking nice and red.
How do I tell how hot they are without burning my tastebuds off? ???

If you were a boy -you could try having a pee without washing your hands first -that'll tell you :o :o :'( :'( :'(
But you probably didn't want to know that.
Best suggestion is to work up slowly, cooking it in something. Or to try it and have a pot of yoghurt handy.
