Brocolli problem
« on: August 03, 2008, 23:10:07 »
I have a tray of brocolli seedlings at home. A few of them have lots of green things in the soil around the plant. They weren't moving so maybe they were eggs of some kind? I removed those yesterday but loads returned today.

What are they and how do I get rid of them??

They might be grubs eggs that were already in your soil and now hatching?  (Difficult to be precise without a photo)  You might not be able to get rid them and may have to cut your losses with that batch.  If you do - ensure you thoroughly clean the trays  with jeyes fluid or something similar.
