Hi All,

I have a couple of the above plant and i wondered if i am supposed to take the whole plant when harvesting or a few leaves at a time.

Don't cut the whole plant. Start harvesting the outer leaves from the bottom and work your way up - they will keep growing taller and producing more leaves from the top for months yet.

Eventually they go to seed

but you can eat the florets like brocolli.
