I put mixed salad leaves in, a broad but shallow pot and then they keep cleaner than those out side. You can just pick a few leaves as you need them.

Chinese cabbage and pak choi, they can get to eating size in a few weeks.

You could always start off some house plants in seed form to continue them in doors when they are bigger. Ideal as Christmas presents, they charge a lot for pretty mixed plants in pots in garden centres at Christmas.

It is also a good place to hang herbs onions and garlic for drying.

Put up a wash line and dry the laundry off too save using the dryer when it is raining.

Your greenhouse will soon fill up with that lot. LOL

Oh, just being pernickity!

But, so often, threads get split & you don't get the full weight of replies on either. It's really to get the best for you.

 Here's a start:

General.
"My first foray into veg growing (years ago) was with just a smallish greenhouse. Inside I grew tomatos, cukes, aubergine, peppers, chillies ( yes you can get away with them in the same space as sweet peppers ) basil, lettuce, radish courgettes and spring onions. I had a table on one side, underneath which grew aubergines, peppers and chillies with radishes in between and the basil, spring onions and cut and come again lettuce in trays on top. On the other side I had two tomato plants, one cuke and at the end a courgette. Running alongside the greenhouse I had a row of garlic and a row of onions and on the other side runner beans w"hich I pinched out at around 4 ft so as not to shade the greenhouse. This all took up around 8ft x 8ft.

Winter.
