Might give these a go, my dughter eats kilos of cucs a week. These would be great in her lunch box, just chuck them in whole.

we grow gherkins and use them as 'one meal cucs'!yum! ;D


me other half(a rusky)also recommends-as i do-that no one faffs about groing spring hunions-we use the tops from regular hunions-also yum.... :)
