nick, the artist is about 5ft 8. the sculpture is part of a sculpture trail at Salthouse, north norfolk. it's over 24ft tall, and stands on 'Bards Hill', near the old radar station, overlooking the church which holds the main exhibition. Nick  is a volunteer with a wildlife trust, and got the ash coppice from some land they cleared. He is the ultimate in re-cycled materials for art. He has had his work on radio 4's arts programme last year. Some work for sensory deprived visitors at the cube gallery. ;)
