Hi, there are a few current threads on what can be grown just now.
I would say:
Leeks
Brussel Sprouts (but you would need to buy plants now)
French beans from seed
I think there is still time to grow silverbeet (chard) from seed
Winter cabbage (as plants)
courgettes and winter pumpkins from plants
There's a start for you ;)

2012 - Snow in February, non-stop rain till July. Blight and rot are rife. Thieving voles cause strife. But first runner beans and lots of greens. Follow an English allotment in urban France:

I've just sowed beetroot, spring onions and radish, plus put some lettuce plants in between the leeks, all in the early potato bed ;D
in the raised bed, I've sowed some carrots
