We do not get any here in Redcar & Cleveland.  Not sure if I would want to use it to be honest.

this is my personal hate trip against the local authorities...white horse district...charge householders who do not have a composter or means to get rid of garden rubbish 33 pound a year on top of your poll tax.
the brown bin supposedly goes to a local composter not landfill, which is all well and good..ask the council if when you sign up for the brown bin service your entitled to free compost for your garden the answer is???
you guessed it ..NO
Its no wonder fly tipping is becoming a big problem !!
Sorry rant over
