Big Brother
« on: June 05, 2008, 22:37:44 »
Its that time of year again when C4 gathers up the biggest bunch of freaks the world has ever seen plonks them in a house so that you can sit in yours and watch them, this years show will be no exception and thanks to my wife I know all 749 freaks are now in place....

A few of the female freaks have claimed that they are "part time models", so what, Cindy is a full time model and I still wouldn't take here out to dinner.

So, come on, who is going to watch this pile of sh*te?

Have never watched it and never will.
Got better things to do with my time than watch that rubbish.

Just glad it's on in the summer when there are plenty of other things to do. Afraid I may get hooked though, as I'm likely to be doing some post op. care for my dad in the next few weeks and he only has 4 channels on his TV!

Mick, don't sit on the fence. Let us know how you really feel about BB.

Cheers,
Rob ;)

ps. for what it's worth I'd rather eat my own feet than watch 93 days of that garbage.

at least we all know where they are. If it wasn't for Big Brother they could actually be out amongst us, freely walking the streets and spreading despair about the state of humanity

A waste of TV air time.  The first one was a novelty.  Now its a load of old codswallop.  I would rather have nothing to watch than have to sit through any of it.

If the Gestapo were around today it would be a good threatening interrogation technique.   I would tell them everything so as not to have to watch it ;D ;D ;D

To be perfectly honest - I find it fascinating!!  I watch tiny snippets of it when there is nothing else on - only in the evening though!  I find it fascinating watching these people all freaks and weirdos acting up for the camera - I find the way that their society breaks down and then form little cliques - fascinating!

I have always been a "people watcher" anyway.  But I find it very very interesting - seriously!  I should have been a psychologist I think - what I find interesting is the psychologists for the programme - using the inmates phobias/hangups/weirdo characteristics and then adding a little spanner into the works - to stir up more trouble and strife.

The people who take part are very very shallow people and their need to be in there is also interesting.  Can you imagine how incredibly boring it would be!

I seriously couldn't stand even a day of it - far too much to do and too little time to do it in.  But for the odd glimpse into it - fascinating!

I didn't see last night's start of it I fell asleep but I will drop in and out of it to watch the freak show.

Have not watched it this time around.I like celeb Big Brother.

I think the young people go on it as it makes them instant celebs.

Good luck to them. :)
