San Antonio Bean
« on: June 01, 2008, 10:07:19 »
Hi,

I have this bean from the HSL (Heritage Seed Library). Is anyone else growing them too?

If so do your's meet the description given in the HSL catalogue - "Produces vigorous vines with curiously dark green almost black foliage"

Mine seem to be just green has anyone else noticed this?

Same here - normal green foliage. Prolific though and the beans do have the monk-like image

Mine are green too........waiting for a space to be planted out... ;D
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴
