From 1 to 10, I LIVED in the city centre, Robert. Broad Street. Over Mac Fisheries. Next to Kunzles.

My great joy was the Botanical Garden - to which I walked alone, as often as I could. Once had to walk back, holding the tip of my finger on, after it had been bitten off by a Monkey. A LONG walk!!

My mum used to take me out to the botanical gardens for a day out.
Broad street is now the pub and club area of the city Tim. :)

It's a waste of space now, nothing but entertainment. I wonder what the recession, if we have one, will do to it; I suspect a lot of chickens may be coming home to roost over the next few years. Did you ever get as far as the allotments behind the Botanicals?
