Whats eating my sweet pepper plants?

Seem to have a few smallish holes on my pepper plants.

See images below.

Any ideas?  Could be slugs?

Slugs or snails I'd say.  They certainly like Chillies.   >:(

I had loads of those little green caterpillars last year.
Check for leaves that are stuck together in a little cocoon, then squish it.

leaves look sunscorched, too. water from below.
