My Mantis 2 stroke has been behaving perfectly well until tonight . It started well but as soon as I touched the accelerator the engine cut out. Tried numerous times same problem ! Any ideas what I should do first?

Dirty carburettor or air or fuel filter (if there is one).
I'm not familiar with that particular engine, this is just general things to check.

May be a fouled spark plug try cleaning it or replacing it with a new one,if that does not help, was the petrol/oil mixture mixed at correct ratio?
