In danger of getting carried away?
« on: May 08, 2008, 10:25:10 »
This fantastic weather is making me itch to get everything planted out but I'm wondering if I'll regret it if we get another cold spell. So the questions are:

Should I put my aubergines and peppers out into my cold greenhouse(they are in the kitchen, aubs about 6" tall, peppers bigger).

Should I plant out onions, sprouts, leeks, broccoli, all sown in cold greenhouse and already potted on - don't want to waste compost and time potting them on again if I can put them out.

Onions, sprouts, leeks and broccoli are all hardy and can go out. Peppers and aubergines like heat; they'd be OK in the current temperatures, but I'm being cautious and keeping mine on a windowsill for a bit.

Keep an eye on the forecast night time temperatures. They should be ok in the GH provided the temp doesn't drop below 5degC
