I pinched this bit of shrub... Naughty I know!!

Can it be propagated, can anyone tell me what it is.  Thanks :D

A Hebe I believe, but I have no idea which one. Not sure about cuttings, but very possible. Someone with knowhow on them will tell you how to very soon  ;)

You have shall we say ::) picked it a bit early but you might get away with treating it as a semi-hardwood cutting.......see here;
