Not good pic. took it in heavy rain. Fields are flooding round us with all the heavy rain we have had this past 24 hrs. These Greylag Geese seem quite happy.

The graylag in the second picture almost looks like a carving with his blunt beak.
You sure you didn't take a pix of a decoy?!

Thanks Gardenqueen. yes, I live in a lovely area of the Scottish Borders and see a lot of wildlife. That field where the Greylag geese stood is still flooded. A Heron how now taken up rsidence there.
