Tomatoes and Peas

I have finally manged to grow some plants from seed ( after a dozen attemps)  I have repotted the tomatoes today, and put them in my greenhouse covered with a fleece, will they survive!!

According to the BBC, temperatures shouldn't be falling much below 5C in your area for the next five days, so they should be OK.  I'd take the fleece off during the day, they need light.

Mine are out in the GH now, as they get too leggy indoors.  They just may not grow very much.

Mine will stay very firmly indoors for 3-4 weeks yet. If they get leggy, then the roots will have grown too, the stems can be buried to grow more roots, and the plants will be stronger than ones put out now. If the wife objects to plants all over the windowsills, tough! She likes eating the tender veg, so she can just put up with it at this stage.

The peas will be fine... you could even start hardeningthem, off for planting out..
