Loved it!  Especially the language.  And he is so right!

Here here! he certainly does talk sense, and I particularly agree with him about the misuse of the term organic. Now that you can effectively buy organic junk food, the term "sustainable" does seem to be a better option for healthy and ethical eating even if its not strictly organic.

ditto on whats been said, it pretty much sums up how i think about food production and how the western world consumes it, and as we all know what the western world does the rest follows so it simply becomes a global issue that rightly needs to righted. how to get the big guns to stop thinking how to line their pockets and how to really enrich the world as a whole is the real zillion dollar question :-\

Good to hear that Monty's getting up and running again! I often wonder what became of his project with the probation service.
