I am trying to recycle and use everything I can, and I was wondering can I use the ceral boxes and frozen food boxes to lay down in my raised bed or would it be harmful

Most of those type of boxes are fine. Some frozen food boxes will be coated with a thin plastic film which won't break down though so are best avoided, the easiest way to check is to try tearing them.
