from my bread making recipe book, for any bread maker
1 1/4 cup of tepid water
1 tsp salt
3 tbspns olive oil
3 cups white bread flour
1 tsp yeast
I also add some celery seeds  ;D

Thanks.  Do I use  the dough program and will it stop when I need to take it out?

yes, it makes 4 bases, when the dough programme finishes, take it out,knead it for 2 to 3 minutes,  cut in 4, flatten it or roll it out and bake in a very hot oven..these are good to freeze as well  ;D

Would any of you know where on the High St I can buy malt extract for a malt loaf.  I can find it online but nothing in the supermarkets?  Is it the same as brewers malt extract? (Sorry if it's an obvious "Yes"  ::) )
