Boiling and gloriously sunny. My OH remarked it was like being on holiday in the Mediterranean. Most odd, though. Just been picking french beans, still very hot, yet the sun going down at 6pm to remind me it is actually October.

At 9:20pm it's 25oC here indoors! (More fuel saved)  ;)

Spent a very warm day in the sunshine having a picnic along the River Arun. Bootiful!!  :)

Down the plot tomorrow to make the best of it as the grass needs cutting...

Too warm for me, phew! Didn't help that I'd decided to redo the back fence on Thursday which was finished today and then replant the flower bed in front of it, but I'm not complaining  ;D

I am sorry for those who have not been experiencing the lovely weather.  We are due for the fifth day of solid wall to wall sunshine.   8) 8) 8)  Too hot to do much work on the lottie.  Must get down their asap.

Though the little rain forecast for later in the week will be very welcome as well.

Newcastle?

Yesterday was 'ot ............. today it's not  :(

Well I suppose the temperature is okay, but the precipitation is a bit of a downer.  Didn't bother going to the car boot at 6 this morning either.

Too hot here, in very sunny Enfield.  All the windows open and the fan on, but looked at my lovely allotment, and cut a bit of grass and got too hot so came home, and did the ironing.  I just love my son, who got divorced and came home, with all his washing and the lovely grandchildren alternate weekends.  Think he has taken the lovely grandchildren to the sea and funny to say, even though I love the peace, can't wait until they get home, to hear all about it and more washing.  Off to Isle of Wight tomorrow for 4 days so no more cooking, ironing but I will miss my lovely cat, Dulce, that is not really my cat. Have told next door to look after him, if he doesn't go home, he hasn't for years now.  I am going off topic, excitment of going away tomorrow and the heat.  Kev, wants for dinner, salad, as I don't want to cook.
