I got my feet soaked in icewater from melting snow going to the chemist this morning, and wore my wellies into town. Quite a lot of snow has gone.

Rain on and off all day (raining again now).

We have twin nieces with birthdays today and, as the post is so hit and miss at the moment, we decided to deliver cards and pressies ourselves. One lives on a road that was flooded so had to take a long detour and the other lives in another village where the roads were so potholed after the snow it was a nightmare driving to her.

Yesterday it rained heavily pretty much all day :o water everywhere
Today a seriously beautiful day, with blue skies, sunshine and only the lightest of breezes :) 8)
