The edges of the snow on the patio have receded today by about 2 inches, but no drippy icicles today

Mine have plummeted to the top of the garage roof too. A very still day without any wind or snow, milk bottles arrived but still no post or bin collection for a while.

Poppy Mole - went into work today and the A272 was clear through to Petworth, Fox Hill was a doddle except for the horsebox that we followed all the way to Billingshurst! We work by Hampers Common btw.

It can't decide whether to rain or snow. Really slippy underfoot.[attachment=1][attachment=2]

Same here today-bit sleety this morning. Sleet,(like the wasp) has no place in my world. Either rain or snow. Be a bee or a fly. Don't sit on the fence.  :)

Very slight thaw - my mother used to have a saying after this length of time, that it was waiting for more to join it.

Really icy underfoot this morning after yesterday's rain froze overnight- glad I was driving rather than walking! A little flurry of snow this evening.

No snow, dry and sunny in Plymouth.  ;D
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Snowed over night in London - a few inches maybe.
Had to get to work in a rush as we have pupils taking exams and managed to fall of me bike on the ice.  Oouchy!
Melting away now..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!
