Got very hot playing tennis this morning, so had coffee and a good chat. Walked home, then went to the allotment and sat under a tree and guess what chatted. Lit a bonfire, did some watering, and chatted to more people. Came home as it was getting dark. Certainly was a beatiful sunny hot day here in sunny Enfield.

Not too sunny today in Enfield. A bit cold today, and I was the only person at the allotment lunchtime. No Joe Swift, TV must be over, he needs to do some weeding.

Got wet and cold playing tennis (outside), windy as well. Quite a lot of wet retired mid-week players up there this morning. Coffee and biscuits was good. Think will give the allotment a miss today and bake a cake.
