Blocking Emails

Unable to Block an Email address, using Norton Internet Security 2008.
Using Outlook Express and doing a right click on the required Email, puts it into Norton Antispam page, in the `ON` position, click on Norton Antispam and select `Configure, then Blocked List option,put in Email address and also take out Email address, out of Address Book.Having done above, this Email address, still comes thro`on INBOX. Have also checked Email address, it is correct.
What am I doing wrong ? ? any ideas please.

it's easy to block emails via the web. Lot onto your email account via the homepage - in my case the Orange home page. you should have options there to block mail. For me, the options are completely delete immediately, or put in a Junk folder, and delete after 7 days. Either way they never reach our computer
