The Hema is great!
This department store can be found in most of our cities. It is famous for it's smoked sausage (rookworst) and it's well and nicely designed articles. Every year there is a competition for students who graduate art/design academies. The assignment being to design a certain product and the winner is taken into production (the product, that is). Very nice and innovative stuff they come up with too.
But if you like on line shopping in Holland, you should go to
www.vreeken.nl. It is one of the oldest seed companies that sell to individuals. The also sell plants. Their catalogue is massive, their service - as far as my personal experience goes - is very good.
