Hi I need to apologise, its been brought to my attention that one of the enveloped I sent out was thick enough for the Post Office to re-categorise as Parcel and therefore the recipient had a surcharge to pay. I am extremely sorry (rather angry with post office actually) I thought I had taken every precaution weighing, measuring etc but I obviously got it wrong I hope no one else suffered and I will certainly have to rethink next time.
