Both Dad & I have clubroot in our respective growing spaces (his garden & my lottie).   last year we both stuck a 1/2" chunk of raw rhubarb in the bottom of the hole & stuck the brassica plant on top.

Everything grew fantastically well & no hint of clubroot anywhere.

Raw rhubarb is recommended by a number of people to combat clubroot. An alternative is to boil leaves up in water and pour the resultant liquor in the hole prior to planting. Beware that rhubarb will stain the pan that you use to do the boiling up. An excellent site for all things rhubarb is
