20 Q
« on: December 26, 2007, 22:54:22 »
Has anyone bought for their children (or themselves) 20 Q  From Argos about £8.

Grand daughters brought theirs over and all the adults have been trying to beat it all afternoon. Fascinated us. You think of something, my thought was dog. The 20Q asks you 20 questions and you either click yes, no, sometimes or don't know. Out of about 20 thoughts only one managed to beat it.
4 adults are now going to buy themselves one ;D

Is this an IT version of the old parlour game I knew as animal, vegetable or mineral, Lorna?

Sounds like a rehash of the old radio programme 20 questions.

It looks cool. It may be a rehash of old games, but with this the computer works it out! Like a mind reader! I may get one when out for a stroll later...

we bought this for #1 son and it's fascinated them for days!

Unfortunately, sometimes it gets more in depth than the original item... for example I simply said Dog and it went on to suggest Irish Wolfhound!
