pumpkin tastic
« on: December 08, 2007, 16:54:39 »
Hi all,  :D
11lb of pumpkin = several pots of pumpkin pickle, 2 litre of pumpkin soup, some pumpkin mash for dinner & still some left to freeze & use another day. This is a crown prince that grew from a seed that had been in my compost bin for 2 years, then grew whenI used the compost! There were 3 fruits on it, 10lb,11lb, &14 lbs. Hows that for free food. ;D
