Watering???
« on: November 09, 2007, 18:25:42 »
I can't believe I'm asking this in November, but we haven't had any rain to speak of here for weeks and the soil is actually quite dry. I planted my garlic last week and am wondering whether to give it some water or just leave it and assume it will eventually rain! What do you think?

Rain has been a very erratic commodity this last few years hasn't it... at least it isn't snowing here already had an inch up near Inverness...

my brother was in Austria at half-term, admittedly in a ski area, but they several feet of snow, and the locals hadn't been expecting any!
