cheap black plastic
« on: October 08, 2007, 12:41:36 »
apologies if anyone else has posted about this, but after months of scouring ebay and googling 'cheap black plastic', I finally bought a roll of damp proof course membrane from B&Q yesterday.
4m x 15m (approx. 13' x 45') for the bargainous sum of £23.78 :o
it's really thick and should last for ages, and with one roll I've covered nearly a quarter of my plot. when I don't need it to smother weeds any more I'm going to use it as a pond liner ;D

Hey I love a bargain norfolklass - if you reckon the 1000 guage is thick enough - that's it for me too then. Off to B&Q tonight!   Bet it's heavy though - still a nice young man might put it in the car for me.
