I'm afraid I had to chuck it away.   :'(  The growing tip you can see in the pic reached the kitchen ceiling with no sign of any more leaves.  :(  And there was no way I could get it out of the plastic pot it came in without serious root damage by that stage.  So if this means I'll be drummed out of the secret santa in future I quite understand.   ::)
