Full of sweet tasting figs,dont know the varity,brought him back from greece 7 years ago.

Almost ready to pick.

you are more than welcome,but hurry up i almost cant resist the sweet smell and the little voice in my head who tells me to enjoy the sweet taste of peaches and figs.Nice combination bytheway.

I just adore figs....wish they were growing in my garden :)

bought them whenever I could but the season seems to be over - not seen them in Waitrose now for weeks and weeks :(

EJ - no need to fly, just drive a few miles down the A120. My two fig trees in the garden have done really well this year. If they are easy to take cuttings from [advice please] I will do some for you!

Now are those Purple or Green Figs, Tin Shed?

I've never seen the Green growing in the UK. Much the sweetest?
