have a happy night, Trixie, sorry it's so late, same day as my lovely, pagan, hedgewitch sister , hope you had a good time  ;D

There's a lot of us about ;)

Thanks again! I did have a lovely day.

Alfie woke me up in the morning singing 'Happy Birthday' and stuck a gold star to my forehead  ;D He then went into the front yard to fetch the present he'd made me the night before ...

An elaborate sculpture made from wood off-cuts stuck together with glue. It's a 'weed whacker' for the allotment apparently  ;D My bestest present EVER  ;D

Can we keep this thread going until September 2008? I wouldn't want my birthday to go unnoticed ever again  ;D

The camera is packed for holiday to Whitby tomorrow so no piccies tonight!

As for the gold star ... I wore it all morning and then I had to go to Asda to get some clothes for Alfie and I was sweating so much at the prospect of spending money that it must have fallen off in the organic yoghurt aisle!

I didn't like to phone them and report it as lost property.

When's your birthday Manic? In fact no ... don't tell us so we have a legitimate excuse for forgetting it
