Saag Barmey
« on: September 28, 2007, 21:38:03 »
Hi

I have just made the most amazing recipie up.

I had some roasted beetroot (it had been roasted with a couple of garlic cloves) left over from yesterday.

I wilted some spinach and fryed this off with some butter and dried garlic i added the beetroot cubed and a little fresh garlic and server on some rice (I think equaly it might go well with most grains that will absorb liquid).

Gosh was it good!!!
