Tomato Chiquita (mini plum)

Can anyone tell me if this is a cordon or a bush variety please and do you know any suppliers?  Many thanks.

Simpsons seeds have one called Chiquito F1. According to their info, it's a bush type, baby plum, firm fleshed, dusky pink, superb flavour.
