Tonights (actualy in 29 min)

Calling all chilli fans: Jamie Oliver is one of you, a fellow addict who waxes lyrical about the endorphin rush he gets from the merest taste. So tonight's programme is dedicated to chillies and peppers and the clever ways he's found to cook them. Watching the dishes come together is always magical, though Jamie's patter goes a bit CBBC at times: "Mr Pepper loves Mr Tomato," he tells us, "who in turn likes to have a bit of a party with Mr Garlic . . ." Springing from Jamie's pretty notebook we see a gorgeous-looking pork goulash; stuffed roasted peppers; and a way to smoke salmon using an old biscuit tin. ("Please work, otherwise I'll look like a plonker," he begs the tin.) And for light relief, Jamie and his lugubrious gardener Brian taste the hottest chilli in the world

A bit of "fast forward" on the red onion chopping  ;D
If I ever get it all right - then that's the time to quit.

Ok then - own up - who has found a biscuit tin already!! I have only got a plastic type so will have to go and buy a tin of biscuits, then eat them all .........before I can even buy the salmon!

Saw the last ten minutes of it, forgot it was on, but might have been more interested to be there at 8pm on the dot if i had known he was cooking with pumpkins.
I saw the tale end of the soup recipe but didnt see him start it off, i love to make pumpkin soup every year, the kids love it and always look forward to me producing a good crop just so that they get pumpkin soup  :P

I googled but couldnt find the recipe? Cambourne can you recall what he put in it?

dont forget hes on tonight
-Jamie explores the unlikely world of winter salads. Using ingredients from his vegetable patch, Jamie prepares an Italian meal of bagna cauda, followed by an unusual herb omelette salad. While gardener Brian is busy sprouting every seed he can get his hands on, Jamie makes a Japanese-style tuna sashimi and a sprouting herb salad.
